Custom Powder coat finishes from top manufacturers such as IFS Coatings, Tiger Drylac, Columbia Coatings, and Prismatic Powders.  Suitable for most low to moderate temperature parts not exceeding 200-250 degrees F.  We have a large 8x8x12' gas powered batch oven for larger projects and industrial applications and 3x3x6' PID electric small batch oven for small projects and one off items.

Factory NIC/Cerakote trained at their headquarters in White City, Oregon.  Cerakote provides a ceramic style thin yet durable protective coating for many different items.  Most commonly found on high temperature parts and fire arms.  Air cure and temperature cure styles with protection up to 1800 degrees F.

The best powder application system on the market.  Provides even spray and efficient application which provides excellent coverage with little waste.  Be sure to ask your applicator what system they are using.

Prep is everything.  We offer Eco friendly chemical stripping for most paints and powder coatings.  Our heated strip tank is safer and more environmentally friendly than methyline chorlide based strippers.  Our stripper will not etch smooth metal like products such as B17 and will, in most cases, leave the the polished surface underneath the coating smooth as long as it hasn't been blasted or sanded previously.  All parts are then pressure steam cleaned with our 250 degree 4000psi heated pressure washer with chemical application abilities.  We media blast all parts with Aluminum Oxide for a powder friendly profile.

Tired of the color of your wheels and want something different?  Did you get a little close to the curb last time you parked?  We can fix that.  Drop the bare wheel(s) or the wheel(s) and tire(s) and let us handle the rest.  We mount and balance in house with our tire machines.  Wheels brought with tires mounted will be subject to a standard removal, mount, and balance fee.

Can't find that perfect color tumbler that matches your boat, car, or motorcycle?  We usually have 20oz and 30oz tumblers in stock.  Want a logo?  No problem, Our vinyl cutter or laser can create masks in almost any logo that can be traced or vectored

Most of our vinyl masking we make in house.  Need a vinyl logo cut or a vinyl mask created?  Our 34" Laser Point 3 ARMS Vinyl cutter can cut most vinyls with letters down to about 3/4 inch.  Smaller letters may be possible depending on font size.  You can send us your designs in any Adobe, vector, or PNG format.

Our 50w JPT Fiber laser can mark and engrave metals and our CO2 laser can engrave just about everything else!  The OMTech 100watt CO2 laser is a high powered cutter/engraver that can engrave wood, acrylic, cardboard, leather, glass, stone and more.  With the application of marking fluid, the laser can mark most metals with a logo or text of your choice.  Our laser can also create awesome LED backlit signs and wall art.  We stock Acrylic and LED's for engraving and cutting.  The laser is our preferred method of creating logos on powder coated tumblers and is also the preferred method used by most major tumbler brands.
